    Discover your exciting role The Mechanical Engineer Intern or Recent Graduate participates in a team environment consisting of engineers and designers to produce construction documents for the following systems:
    HVAC wet/dry, plumbing, controls and the like.

    Explore your tasks and responsibilities Assists in performing engineering tasks for the design of utilities and HVAC (wet/dry) systems for high technology facilities including cleanrooms, general manufacturing/process facilities and institutional facilities Assists in preparation of mechanical engineering calculations in support of HVAC systems design including heat load calculations, duct sizing, chilled water hydraulics, static pressure calculations, equipment sizing and selection Assists in providing specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise Works closely in coordination with the project team and other disciplines as well as other design offices Assists in the development of conceptual design, preliminary design and final design documents which would include calculations related to sizing and selecting of these systems, the development of Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID's), general arrangements and sequences of operation associated with these systems Other duties as assigned Show your expertise Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required Nation Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) Record recommended 0+ years of experience Advanced Technology experience preferred Autodesk Building Systems Software Good time management skills, strong work ethic and attention to details Competent in the use Autodesk Building Systems Software Individual must possess strong communication and organizational skills Strong team player with an ability to build effective working relationships with individuals, department leads, and client representatives Energetic and self-motivated Works to build and maintain positive and productive working relationships both internal and external ExyteGroup is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
