- Use expert Salesforce architectural knowledge and programming skills along with the latest development framework (Lightning Web Components) to verify the stability, security, and scalability of Salesforce architecture.
- Conduct research into clients' use of the Salesforce platform, producing highly complex reports of findings with recommended steps and roadmaps to assure the integrity and strength of Salesforce solutions and system integrations.
- Define and analyze objectives, scope, issues, and organizational impact of Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the Salesforce implementation with responsibility for the delivery of the technical designs and solution strategy, including org strategy, org migration, and application architecture.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers to select appropriate design solutions and ensure the compatibility of system components.
- Research, test, and verify the proper functioning of Salesforce patches and fixes.
- Monitor Salesforce operation and annual feature releases to detect potential problems.
- Provide technical guidance and support for the development or troubleshooting of the Salesforce platform.
- Establish functional and development standards to address operational requirements, quality requirements, and design constraints through Salesforce solutions.
- Perform code reviews through Apex Classes, Triggers, LWC, and Aura components, and ensure team deliverables are vetted against best practices.
- Develop change and release management for the Salesforce applications using DevOps and CI/CD processes using Copado.
- Recommend integration strategies through APIs (REST and SOAP) and with different business systems including working use of leading integration tools such as MuleSoft.
- Recommend a strategy for source code management for salesforce applications using GitHub.
- Document platform design specifications, configuration instructions, system integrations, and other system-related information.
- Communicate project information through presentations, technical reports, or white papers with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements.
- Strong experience in Salesforce architecture, as well as full life-cycle solution design and development across multiple clouds including but not limited to Sales & Service Cloud, and platform.
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), Design Patterns, and general architectural and development best practices.
- Experience in Salesforce development implementing APEX class, APEX triggers, Visual Force, S-Controls, IDE, Eclipse with SOQL, SOSL with Plug-ins.
- Proficient in LWC framework and working knowledge of Aura components.
- Experience building web services using MuleSoft and APIs for systems integration with SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON.
- Expertise in DevOps best practices, CI/CD, and deployment with Salesforce-specific tools like Copado.

- Expertise in creating Salesforce solution designs to produce comprehensive and complex configuration and development plans and build prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements, grooming and refining the activity product backlog, supervising the Salesforce configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce features and components and act as a release manager, approving cloud configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments.
- Prior experience as a Solution Architect with Salesforce CPQ and Billing implementation/ Billing system architect experience such as Salesforce, Apttus, Zuora, or NetSuite.
- Direct experience with multiple SFDC Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud (application design, architecture, and development using ) implementation.
- Strong practical deployment knowledge of Flows, Lightning components, Visualforce, Salesforce configurations, Reports, Dashboard, and AppExchange deployment.
- Strong Salesforce and Integration knowledge (for example, SFDC APIs, Apex controllers, Apex Web Services, Apex callout, outbound messaging, SFDC data loaders, ETL tools, etc.).
- Strong technical foundation including Advanced structured programming - APEX, , .Net, Java, etc., understanding of RDMS concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, web services integration, etc.
- Technical understanding of CTI implementation and integration into the Call Center environment.
- Expertise in using authentication schemes for integration with external services, including OAuth 2.0 & JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
- Experience working with teams of developers and other technical professionals in an Agile environment.
- Ability to understand business processes and solutions to help break down the work (technical).
- Experience and strong understanding of Salesforce best practices of the industry and apply them in the context of client requirements (with existing best practices).
- Experience working across multiple product teams in solution collaboration.
- Experience with broader software engineering scope from design, test, build, code review, deploy.
- Experience working in self-organizing agile teams with an outcome-oriented mindset.
