Salary Expectation:
Approximately €85,000 gross annual salary


Our client is one of the leading manufacturers of machines and systems for inductive heating and heat treatment of metals.

The company builds systems for steel, rolling, and tube mills worldwide.

With a team of approximately 160 employees at their German location in the Bergisches Land, the company makes a significant contribution to the transformation of the steel industry - towards CO2 neutrality in production.


For technically demanding projects in an international environment, our client is looking for someone who wants to be part of this transformation.


Responsibilities:

  • Independent management of international projects in the field of inductive heating of metals in the machine and plant construction industry
  • Taking over the project from basic engineering and managing internal resources such as procurement, design, assembly, delivery, and commissioning at the customer's site
  • Competent first point of contact for the customer, technical management of the project team, and control of quality, costs, and time
  • Regular reporting of key project milestones

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in industrial engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering, as well as alternative educational backgrounds with relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technical project management, preferably in custom machine and plant construction
  • Very good English skills in spoken and written form
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits in Germany and abroad (approximately 10% travel)
