    Remote Healthcare Recruiter
    Remote Contract - Based in State College, PA
    If live nearby may be hybrid 1-2x per month for job fairs

    Contract To Hire
    $25/hr

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Recruit home caregivers in both PA and Florida.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
    Daily:
    • Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable manner and prioritize connecting the prospect to our culture.
    • Conducts all phone, text and virtual interactions in an efficient and professional manner.
    • Move all ApplicantStack candidates over to Paradox daily.
    • Conduct virtual interviews with candidates using current software.
    • Perform virtual Care Professional interviews per location as defined.
    • Schedule and conduct applicant interviews in an efficient and professional manner (schedule 8-10 per day; complete 5+ interviews daily)
    • Assist with Pre-Orientation digital onboarding paperwork.
    • Provide guidance and instruction to candidates throughout the recruiting and hiring process.
    • Main contact for all incoming leads; turn into Interviews on the spot
    • Maintain and monitor Paradox system; adjusting settings as needed to achieve growth goals for each team
    • Maintain ApplicantStack CarePro Inquiry database system
    • Utilize Applicant Stack Talent Pool lead report to find/communicate with prospective Care Pros.
    • Report Daily Accountabilities
    • Utilize Office 365, maintain Outlook calendar to reflect accurate availability to conduct virtual interviews
    • Be live on Teams Video meeting with PA/FL teams group when not in active interview
    Weekly:
    • Update Job posts weekly as needed to generate goal number of applications for each office (VB and PA) as outlined in performance objectives
    • Extend Job Offers to appropriate candidates. Send appropriate on-boarding paperwork through Applicant Stack software system.
    • Complete KPI tracking form July – December for data collection purposes
    • Meet with manager weekly, reporting data, wins, and areas of opportunities.
    • Develop and Manage all recruitment advertising needs. Weekly
    • Create and execute on customized solutions to overcome recruitment challenges.
    • Conduct Care Professional searches in Indeed when applicable.
    • Locate and recruit candidates within the different stages in Paradox and Indeed to reconnect with older prospects.
    • Work with branch staff to determine staffing needs for client's hours to help determine new hires needed.
    • Place, monitor and revise all recruiting advertising on Indeed, Social Media, local ads, and ApplicantStack as indicated by staffing needs and Care Professional Productivity Report.
    • Weekly KPI to Supervisors.
    • Weekly 1-1 accountability meeting with Supervisor
    • Actively participate in BookClub: listen to/read assigned Blinkist books, journal, participate in weekly bookclub meetings.
    Monthly:
    • Develop recruitment strategies and plans monthly.
    • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies online and within the community.
    • Compile Reports on Recruitment Metrics to deliver to offices and supervisors.
    • Complete appropriate scorecard sections by end of first full week of each month, for month prior

    Quarterly:
    • Assist with and participate in all Celebrations (3x yearly)
    • Review Performance Objectives with Supervisor and team – report on performance as compared to goals, and new strategies as appropriate.
    Bi-annually in January and July:
    • Assist with internal audit of all HR and Client files for compliance with all DOL, OLTL and HI standards requirements.
    As needed:
    • Assist office staff answering all phone calls by the second ring.
    • Organize Open House or other events that include on-the-spot interviews.
    • Serve as backup for any Service Inquiries.
    • Perform all other functions, office duties, and responsibilities as needed.
    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
    • High School Degree or equivalent
    • One+ year of related business experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
    • Three years of Human Resource Recruiting experience preferred.
    • Must possess a valid driver's license.
