Senior IT Project Manager - Infrastructure at Greenbrier

Responsibilities:

  • Lead major IT projects and programs, with a focus on IT infrastructure and workplace in complex contexts and strategic initiatives with cross-departmental impact.
  • Manage a variety of tasks including central infrastructure release updates, workplace rollouts, and new work for all end users, tenders/transitions with primary IT service providers, and IT compliance.
  • Represent major projects in board and department management committees, making decisions as needed and communicating effectively.
  • Anticipate and prepare responses to board issues, coordinate with project stakeholders, and evaluate project scenarios.
  • Lead a technical project team with sub-project managers and a project management office.
  • Organize and control roles within sub-project structures and foster teamwork.
