Job Summary:


The Automotive Service Department BDC Specialist at Napleton Auto Group National Dealership is a full-time, hourly administrative position in the auto industry.

The individual in this role will work in the service department's business development center (BDC) operations, handling customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments and marketing the service departments of two Lincoln dealerships.

This position is located in Calumet City, Illinois and reports directly to the Corporate Fixed Operations Director.

Responsibilities:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about service offerings, pricing, and availability.
  • Schedule service appointments and effectively communicate with customers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain customer database and ensure all information is uptodate and accurate.
  • Work closely with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service operations.
  • Collaborate with service technicians to ensure proper repair documentation and communication with customers.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.
  • Stay uptodate on industry trends, and developments to effectively communicate with customers.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent. Associates or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 12 years of experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Must be able to have a flexible schedule.
