- Participate in the ongoing development of in-house memory test solutions, contributing to automation, RTL design or verification tasks, documentation as needed
- Interface with world-wide NXP SoC teams to consult on best practices, identify future requirements and assist with IP generation and integration questions, collect requirements for new designs and write requirements specifications to drive common solutions across NXP
- Collaborate with multi sited team members on the team's development plan and operational roles
- Bachelor's degree in EE or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years industry experience
- Digital design skills (Verilog, RTL, testbenches, UVM)
- Automation and software skills (scripting languages, object-oriented design, software testing, Unix fundamentals, web fundamentals)
- Secondary: memory design, production test of memories, DFT
- Excellent presentation and verbal/written communication skills
