    Description


    As a Quality Engineer, you will work inside and outside the organization to define and execute processes that deliver reliable products.

    The right person for this role has knowledge of manufacturing, product development, and continuous improvement.

    If you are someone who loves to build world-class Quality processes, work hands-on, and be accountable for results, then this role is for you.


    WHAT YOU'LL DO
    Develop and implement quality control systems and processes

    Monitor and analyze quality performance

    Inspect materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met

    Collaborate with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements

    Investigate and troubleshoot product or production issues

    Develop corrective actions, solutions, and improvements

    Review standards, specifications, and processes

    Create and perform validations for tools and equipment


    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a similar role

    Experience reading and interpreting drawings

    GD&T knowledge, understanding dimension and tolerancing

    Degree in quality, aerospace, or mechanical engineering

    Root Cause analysis experience

    Experience using metrology equipment (calipers, micrometers, CMM etc.)

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    Excellent project management skills

    U.S. Person Status is required as this position needs to access controlled data

    Experience with Manufacturing processes

    Experience with machining and mechanical assembly

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field


    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
    Master's degree in a technical field

    Experience as an auditor for AS9100 or other ISO 9001-based QMS standard (e.g., ISO 13485, IATF

    Experience with low volume manufacturing
