    We are looking to hire a Service / Shop Manager for our agricultural and turf equipment (full sales and service) branch. Must have 3+ years prior dealer experience managing a department of 5-10 people (including service and parts personnel) in a turf equipment or agricultural equipment environment
    • Base salary - $60k - $75k annually (depending on experience)
    • Bonus potential – Annual potential is $15k - $20k with potential for $25k + for those with the drive to perform, bonus is paid quarterly.
    • Specific Needs: Large Ag. experience and solid customer experience are necessary in this position Customer base is primarily local farmers.
