About the Team:

What You Will Do:

Support onboarding of employees in weekly New Hire Orientation meetings
Collaborate with other DSAs to provide weekend oncall support. This is rotational.
Provision hardware on a weekly basis for new employees. This will be either PC or Mac.
Assist Infrastructure and Client Services Teams in deployment of new technologies like Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and others.
Provide support for Video Conferencing Systems.
Evaluate (along with Senior DSA and DS Management team) hardware to ensure maximum productivity.
Other tasks as assigned by DS Management team

About You:

You have a minimum education level of a High School Diploma.
You have a deep understanding of MacOS X with at least 3 years of experience supporting the OS.
You have extensive experience with Windows 10. Minimum of 3 years.
You have 1+ years of related work experience.
You are a selfstarter that thrives in a fastpaced, yet at times, ambiguous environment.
You are a hardworking team player, with a "no task is too small" attitude.
You can explain technical issues to nontechnical users.
You can work with software developers when they need assistance. Providing them with correct solutions and root causes analysis.
At least 1 year of working with ticking systems like Jira, ServiceNow, etc.
At least 1 year of working with Office 365 Admin Center
Exposure or understanding of Microsoft PowerShell (Automation) and Terminal for macOS.
Solid foundation of Windows , ghost, etc.
Exposure to software packaging.
Understanding of Active Directory tools.

For California-based employment: The minimum pay for this position is $22.12/hr. The maximum payfor this position $27.88/hr. In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for an annual bonus, as well as equity and a range of medical, dental, vision and other benefits.
