Our busy practice receives a high volume of patient appointments and calls, and we are searching for an experienced candidate with a friendly demeanor, strong typing skills, great positive attitude, and customer-focused work ethic.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of prior medical front office experience, has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Primary duties include patient check-in and check-out, chart prep, and answering phones. Workdays will be Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.Starting pay range, based on experience,Level I - $18.33- $24.81 per hour.
Level II - $ $27.29 per hour.
Level III - $ $30.01 per hour.
Placement within levels based on:
relevant experience, clinic roles available, ability to take on additional duties, etc.
Medical, Vision, and Rx Insurance is 100% paid for by The Oregon Clinic for full-time employees.
Qualifications:
Minimum of one (1) year of previous medical front office experience (including answering phones) is required. Prior experience with EMR preferred.
