Join the Raphael Society:

At the Bergkloster in Heilbad Heiligenstadt, 11 people with mild disabilities live together with the sisters from the mountain. Since the establishment of the living group, a wonderful community has developed here. During the week, the young people with support needs work in the Eichsfelder workshops. On weekends, everyone does activities together, depending on the weather, individual wishes, or season.

We are currently looking for a reliable professional (special education teacher, educator, nursing professional m/f/d) to support the team at the Bergkloster with 30 hours per week, starting as soon as possible.

The role may also require night shifts (sleeping at the monastery).

Your qualifications:

Completed vocational training as a pedagogical or nursing professional with high expertise
Independence, creativity, and reliability
Enjoyment of working with people
Empathy and warmth
Teamwork skills

Your responsibilities:

Comprehensive guidance and assistance
Pedagogical and household tasks
Leisure activities
Creative planning of daily routines, taking on responsibility
