- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree with a Business Administration focus preferred; OR
- 2 – 3+ years of administrative experience in a manufacturing setting; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to complete multiple projects on time and with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good understanding of basic math required for quick and accurate counting and calculations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- High attention to detail, accuracy, time management, and organization

- Perform a broad range of high-level administrative functions of a confidential or specialized nature on a regular basis
- Manage information, organize and maintain paper and electronic files, and ensure files are updated and maintained
- Prepare, compose, and initiate accurate and timely correspondence, letters, presentation materials, reports and other documents using word processing, spreadsheets, database, or presentation software
- Transform raw data into detailed and comprehensive reports using advanced MS Excel skills to create complex monthly reports and create charts, graphs, and technical documents
- Manage customer agreement processes
- Coordinate travel including ground transportation, hotel accommodations, itinerary planning, meeting coordination, and ensure office requirements and facilities at destination are arranged, if required for senior management
- Arrange all necessary preparations and follow-up for meetings, including timely notifications, distribution of meeting materials and decisions/actions, and appropriate reminders
- Miscellaneous data entry as required
- Sort and distribute incoming correspondence
- Perform other tasks as assigned

Job DescriptionMAU is hiring a Contract Plant Administrator for Atkore in Weatherford, TX. As a Contract Plant Administrator, you will be responsible for high-level administrative support by preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings. This is a short-term contract assignment.
