    Job Description:
    Job Summary

    As a System Administrator, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of Radiology Healthcare Technology.

    Leveraging your technical expertise, you will be part of the ideation, design, and development of systems that integrate seamlessly with Radiology solutions.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Engage with R&D teams to understand healthcare radiology product requirements and goals.

    Contribute to system design aligning with technical and healthcare industry standards.

    Work closely with R&D teams for seamless hardware and software integration.

    Provide technical insights for innovative features in radiology product development.

    Ensure compliance of healthcare radiology product with industry regulations and standards.

    Interface with internal IT for alignment with the organization's IT infrastructure.

    Coordinate with IT professionals to integrate the new product into existing systems and networks.

    Plan and execute radiology product implementation considering both R&D and IT requirements.

    Participate in deployment processes, minimizing disruptions to existing operations.

    Monitor and optimize radiology product performance in collaboration with R&D and IT teams.

    Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.

    Implement robust security measures to protect sensitive healthcare data.

    Collaborate with IT security teams to ensure compliance with healthcare data protection regulations.


    Create comprehensive documentation, generate reports, facilitate communication, provide training, and collaborate with external vendors and project managers to ensure successful radiology product development and deployment.

    Minimum Qualifications, Education and Experience

    Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

    10+ years of proven experience, preferably in the healthcare industry.

    Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, IT infrastructure, and project management.

    Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

    Strong understanding of Radiology and Healthcare industry trends.

    Knowledge of healthcare regulations and data privacy standards, such as HIPAA.

    Reports to work regularly as scheduled; consistently punctual with respect to working hours, meal and rest breaks, and maintains satisfactory personal attendance in accordance with RadNet guidelines.

    Consistently adheres to the time management policies and procedures.

    Completes job responsibilities in a quality and timely manner.

    Physical Demands


    This position often requires sitting, standing, walking, bending, twisting reaching with hands and arms, using hands and fingers, talking and listening.

    Visual acuity to read computer screens and written materials. Also, must be able to lift up to 20 pounds, occasionally.

    Working Environment

    Representatives may work in an office setting and/or remotely.


    Pay Range:
    USD $60, USD $70,000.00 /Yr.
