Description
Are you a meticulous individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of technology, and a dedication to top-notch customer service? If so, Allied Professionals Insurance Group (APIG) invites you to join our team as a Customer Service and Data Entry Specialist.
What your day will look like:
- Accurate data entry and documentation using MS Office and CRM systems
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies
- Prepare and sort documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs for tracking
- Support agency growth by serving existing clients and attracting prospects
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience with a track record showing your ability to meet or exceed goals
- Excellent multitasking skills, highly organized, selfmotivated, and detailoriented
- Proficiency in Office 365 and a typing speed of 55 WPM
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude, team player mentality, and with familiarity in agency management systems
- Preferred: current Property & Casualty Insurance License, previous insurance, banking, or sales experience
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $2022 per hour
- Fulltime, Monday-Friday, with paid time off

Location:
North Scottsdale, AZ. Reliable commuting or willingness to relocate is necessary.
