Customer Service Representative We're seeking an enthusiastic, detailed oriented individual with experience in customer service and proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and order management processes.


Key Responsibilities:

Efficiently process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Generate and review packing slips and invoices for shipment.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

Collaborate with sales, Project Management, and logistics teams to meet customer needs.


Requirements:

Previous experience in customer service.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.


Experience:
ERP System, MS Office, Sales Orders, Packing Slips, Invoicing

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
