Your main responsibilities You independently manage the projects and construction sites assigned to you from the planning stage to the final billing.

You are responsible for consistent, professional and technical project execution as well as meeting deadlines. You are also actively involved in acquisition and customer care, and lead your construction sites according to entrepreneurial principles. As a supervisor and role model, you demand and promote your employees.

Your profile You are a dynamic and practical team player with a basic education in construction and a degree as a certified construction manager or equivalent technical education (FH/HF).

Ideally, you have a track record in a similar environment. Your strengths include high self-motivation, enjoyment of customer contact, and of course, the necessary determination.
