    Job Description

    Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years paraprofessional or special education experience required.

    Job Title: Paraprofessional

    Location: Mankato, MN

    Position Overview: Seeking a compassionate Paraprofessional to provide support to students and teachers, fostering a positive learning environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist teachers with instructional activities
    • Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
    • Reinforce learning concepts and assist with assignments
    • Support classroom management and behavior intervention
    • Collaborate with teachers and staff to meet student needs

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
    • Previous experience in education or working with children preferred
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
    • Patience, empathy, and a desire to support student success
