  • A specialist with at least 5 years of experience working with enterprises

  • Able to evaluate, improve, and establish engineering tools and practices
  • Capable of setting and facilitating company-wide engineering governance processes and leading a team of architects to establish enterprise architecture and standardize technologies and approaches
  • An engineering leader in resolving inter-program and inter-project issues
  • An expert with hands-on experience in one of the major modern technologies (such as .NET or Java)
  • Proficient in GenAI capabilities and familiar with verticalized use cases
  • A professional with a proven track record of developing cross-program and cross-project architecture strategies and resolving problems
  • Experienced in auditing projects to ensure compliance with architectural guidelines
  • Able to orchestrate a team of principal and solution architects
  • Capable of identifying opportunities for technology prototypes and utilizing our technology capabilities to implement them
