Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • As a practice instructor, you are responsible for organizing and ensuring the quality of our nursing training program.
  • You plan, coordinate, evaluate, and document the trainees' progress according to their level of training.
  • You bear the main responsibility for ensuring a high-quality nursing education in our facility.
  • You also provide coaching for nursing staff.

What you bring to the table:

  • Training as a nursing professional.
  • Completed further education as a practice instructor.
  • Knowledge of the content of the general nursing training program.
  • Self-confidence and assertiveness.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex processes.
