City Planner (m/f/d)

Department of Planning and Building Regulations

Your responsibilities:

  • You will contribute to the redesign of the city's land use plan.
  • You will work on interdisciplinary planning issues and regional planning topics.
  • You will develop land use and utilization concepts and conduct citywide studies.
  • You will provide opinions on thirdparty plans and create proposals for political committees.
  • You will also handle crosssectional tasks within the framework of urban planning.

Your profile:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in urban planning, city planning, urban geography, spatial and environmental planning, or a related field.
  • You enjoy strategic and complex planning tasks and have knowledge of building planning and administrative law.
  • You are proficient in common computer programs.
  • You have excellent communication and negotiation skills when dealing with citizens, investors, and planning offices.
  • You are highly motivated, cooperative, and have strong negotiation skills.
