Primary Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm and research ideas for original content, creating compelling graphics and video snippets.
- Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and posting tools (preferably Birdeye) for effective content scheduling and bulk posting.
- Employ graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere) to produce visually appealing content.
- Assist in planning and scheduling marketing communications meetings and participate in content management discussions.
- Contribute to managing the company's online reputation platforms, such as Indeed and Glassdoor, and maintain client and employee databases.
- Leverage SEO, keyword research, and Google My Business to optimize online presence.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel) for project management and content organization.
Qualifications:
- Exceptional written communication skills with proficiency in social media copywriting and graphic design.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and offer solutions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, graphic design, video creation/editing tools, and social media scheduling platforms.
- Working knowledge of WordPress.
- Knowledgeable in SEO practices, Google My Business, and the ability to manage online reputation platforms.
- Collaborative team player with effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Foundational knowledge of the supply chain and logistics industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and offer solutions.
