Position Summary:

We are a leading product distributor based in Hoffman Estates, looking for a tech-savvy E-commerce Coordinator to join our team.

This position will collaborate with several departments to ensure our B2B sites are well-organized with compelling content to attract new visitors, drive sales, and build a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for day-to-day account management and strategic E-commerce growth. Help develop and execute a plan for merchandising, content, and marketing.

Coordinate and manage all online sales platforms and be the primary contact person

Sales platforms include website, Amazon, eBay, and Shopify

Identify photography and content needs specific to E-commerce to optimize product listings and ensure increased product traffic and conversion

Manage day-to-day account management and monitor performance on ongoing basis to maximize and improve sales metrics or take corrective action to prevent declining metrics

Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the products

Continuously search for new sales platforms

Work with management to identify product opportunities to scale business

Analyze pricing and position of current product listings as well as to identify new product and growth opportunities

Initiate and coordinate the production of new listings

Interface with the production and shipping department

Provide top tier customer service when managing our sales platforms

Coordinate internal and external marketing

General administrative duties

Qualifications:

2+ years' experience in E-commerce

Vendor portal experience is a huge plus

Proficient with MS Office and Adobe programs

Clear & effective communication skills and efficient follow-up

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with an emphasis on accuracy

Highly organized multi-tasking capabilities with ability to shift gears as needed
