The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in the legal industry and be well-versed in probate, real estate, trust administration, and charitable planning.

Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney
Assist clients with the administration of trusts and estates, including probate and trust administration
Advise clients on tax planning strategies and charitable giving opportunities
Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on changes in estate planning laws and regulations
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on complex estate planning cases
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state of employment
Minimum of five years of experience in estate planning, probate, real estate, trust administration, and charitable planning
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
