Essential Functions

  • Assist with payroll entries, timecard review, entering garnishments, tax levies, bankruptcy orders, etc. and performing employee maintenance in ADP WFN.
  • Review payroll after processing, create payroll reconciliation reports.
  • Track employee benefits eligibility, time/attendance, paid time off (Vacation, Sick, and Personal).
  • Enter New Hires into ADP WFN and process weekly payroll utilizing ADP eTime Time and Attendance system.
  • Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Run and Analyze adhoc reporting for system improvement and data accuracy.
  • Conducting electronic employee changes and maintenance transactions in payroll system, conducts random payroll system audits to ensure accuracy in processing.
  • Provide support for payroll and benefit related inquiries.
  • Manage confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Other projects/work as assigned.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in payroll processing utilizing APD WFN.
  • Union experience is required; 32BJ experience is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, (ex: Pivot table, Vlook up).
  • Position requires 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.
  • Excellent people skills and a true customer service orientation towards employees and managers and have the ability to interact with managers and employees at all levels in the organization.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet weekly transmitting deadlines.
  • Absolute integrity, discretion, and sensitivity to confidential company and employee information.
  • Excellent organization, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to prioritize, multitask and operate independently and on a team in a deadline driven environment.
In addition to the base compensation, full benefits packages are available.

Pay:
$60, $65,000.00 per year
