What we are looking for
- Successfully completed (technical) university degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering
- Project management experience in the procurement of vehicles
- Extensive experience in managing technical bidding projects
- Excellent German language skills, English language skills required
- Knowledge of the manufacturer market for trams (desirable)
- Curiosity and commitment to realizing the mobility transition in public transport
- Independent and structured work

- High technical understanding and willingness to learn
- Ability to present and communicate technical information
Your responsibilities
- Responsibility for the procurement of vehicles from the development of the tender to the acceptance of the vehicles
- Ensuring a timely and budget-compliant procurement of vehicles according to the procurement contract for the entire project process
- Target-oriented management of the vehicle procurement project to ensure the interests and requirements of Rheinbahn
- Professional development of the responsible content in tender projects
