Job DescriptionDescriptionGood Shepherd Hospice is seeking an experienced hospice RN or LPN to serve our patients and families in Kansas City, Mo and surrounding communities .The Hospice nurse provides nursing assessment, planning and care to maximize the comfort and health of patients and families. The Hospice nurse responds to all phone calls promptly and appropriately, makes patient visits as necessary and completes after hours admissions and deaths as needed.
