    We are looking for Maintenance Technician to join our Team

    We are a Kansas and Missouri based property management group seeking a motivated team player to be responsible, under the direction of the Property Manager and/or Head of Maintenance, for the overall maintenance of the physical property.

    You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. A Maintenance Technician that performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling.

    Locations : Multiple locations across Kansas City Metropolitan area.

    Responsibilities:

    • Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
    • Estimate time and extent of repairs
    • Perform routine preventive maintenance
    • Maintain material and supply inventory
    • Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
    • Completing building reports for Weekly/Monthly Inspections.
    • Complies with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.
    • Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repair records as required.
    • Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair. Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
    • Assists with troubleshooting and repairs of buildings and installed systems to include plumbing systems, kitchen equipment, roofs, drains, shop, and HVAC.
    • Inspects new installation insuring we maintain compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
    • Maintains lighting systems throughout the facility, cleaning fixtures and replacing bulbs and light Fixtures.

    ​Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
    • Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
    • Ability to handle physical workload
    • Deadline and detail-oriented

    Locations :

    Requirements:
    o Proven Experience as a Maintenance Technician.
    o Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
    o Working Knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices.
    o Problem-solving skills
    o Good Physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime and rotating on call on weekend.
    o Requires a Valid Driver's License

    Técnico de mantenimiento de apartamentos

    Un técnico de mantenimiento que realiza el mantenimiento preventivo general y la reparación correctiva de edificios, sistemas industriales, equipos, y jardineria. Trabajar bajo una estrecha supervisión ayuda a monitorear las operaciones y el desempeño del sistema del edificio. Utiliza varias habilidades comerciales como carpintería, plomería, electricidad, pintura, techado, calefacción y refrigeración.

    Responsabilidades:

    Realización de informes de construcción para inspecciones semanales / mensuales.

    -Cumple con todos los códigos, regulaciones, agencias gubernamentales y directivas de la Compañía aplicables relacionadas con las operaciones de construcción y la seguridad del trabajo.

    Realiza asignados del día a día, las reparaciones de emergencia y mantenimiento preventivo. Completa los registros de mantenimiento y reparación según sea necesario

    Revisa las órdenes de trabajo asignadas. Calcula el tiempo y los materiales necesarios para completar la reparación. Solicita materiales y suministros necesarios para Completar todas las tareas.

    -Ayuda con la resolución de problemas reparaciones de edificios y sistemas ya instalados, sistemas de plomería, equipos de cocina, techos, drenaje, Calefacion.

    Inspecciona la nueva instalación asegurándose de que cumplimos con los códigos de construcción y las normas de seguridad.

    Mantiene los sistemas de iluminación en toda la instalación, limpia los accesorios y reemplaza las bombillas y los artefactos de iluminación.

    Ubicaciones : Múltiples ubicaciones en el área metropolitana de Kansas City metropolitan area

    Requisitos:

    o Experiencia probada como técnico de mantenimiento.

    o Conocimiento de los procesos y métodos generales de mantenimiento.

    o Conocimiento práctico de herramientas, electrodomésticos y dispositivos comunes.

    o Habilidad manual y habilidades para resolver problemas

    o Buen estado físico y fuerza con voluntad de trabajar horas extras y rotación de guardia los fines de semana.

    o Requiere una licencia de conducir válida
