'In order to support our diverse and creative marketing team, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) for the events department in Old Town, ME. As a well-organized and structured member of the Visual Communications department, you will assist us in organizing and designing our global events.YOUR TASKS
- You will assist in researching and ordering promotional items for trade shows, receive deliveries, and keep our inventory wellsorted and uptodate.
- You will pack packages for upcoming trade shows in a timely manner, take care of shipping and tracking.
- You will reliably maintain our upcoming events and webinars on our website and internal systems.
- For regional events in the immediate area, you will support the team with any tasks that arise.
- After the event, you will take care of maintaining event leads in the CRM, create tasks, and follow up.
- You will also assist with internal events and contribute with creative ideas.
- In coordination with other departments, you will also participate in interdisciplinary projects and have the opportunity to gain experience beyond your core area.
YOUR PROFILE
- You are currently studying in the field of event management/communication/marketing.
- You are openminded, have a passion for IT, and are willing to think outside the box.
- You work precisely and conscientiously and want to responsibly contribute and expand your experience in our projects.
- You enjoy working with other teams as well as independently and proactively.
- You are reliable, wellorganized
