Work Preparation Specialist (m/f/d):

Your responsibilities

Quantity determination based on tender plans
Tendering and participation in the awarding of subcontractor and supplier services
Creation of schedules
Leanbased scheduling
Work preparation and organization in collaboration with the responsible project/site manager (m/f/d)
Creation of optimized construction schedules for the execution of building projects
Capacity planning for personnel, machinery, equipment, and subcontractors
Planning of construction logistics/site setup, creation of site setup plans (Auto-CAD)
Preparation of controlling (target determination)

Your profile

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering, completed technician training, or equivalent education
Professional experience in a similar role or in construction management
Knowledge of a calculation software is advantageous (ideally NEVARIS)
Knowledge of CAD systems is advantageous
Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office
Independent and structured way of working
Reliability, sense of responsibility, and teamwork
