Seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The main responsibilities involve communication, records keeping, and supporting operations team.
We are a dedicated and hardworking team that strives to do honest work while keeping a safe and respectful working environment.
We are looking for someone who is well organized and enjoys talking to others.Duties include but not limited to:
- Communicate with customers, vendors and our team
- Filing electronic and hard copy
- Update customer files and records within CRM
- Prepare/update manuals and information packages
- Process building permits
- Handle intake of phone calls
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Assist operations team with order processing
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong organization skills
- Selfinitiative
- Computer proficiency
- Desired qualifications but not required
- Bilingual
- Spanish preferred
- Construction industry experience
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
