Seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. The main responsibilities involve communication, records keeping, and supporting operations team.

We are a dedicated and hardworking team that strives to do honest work while keeping a safe and respectful working environment.

We are looking for someone who is well organized and enjoys talking to others.

Duties include but not limited to:

  • Communicate with customers, vendors and our team
  • Filing electronic and hard copy
  • Update customer files and records within CRM
  • Prepare/update manuals and information packages
  • Process building permits
  • Handle intake of phone calls
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Assist operations team with order processing

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong organization skills
  • Selfinitiative
  • Computer proficiency
  • Desired qualifications but not required


  • Bilingual

  • Spanish preferred
  • Construction industry experience
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks
$17/HR
