For our DDV Local in Görlitz, we are looking for:


Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) in the city center of Görlitz:

  • Starting as soon as possible | Part-time or full-time

What to expect from us:


  • Sales of our regional products, event tickets, and travel offers
  • Consultation with customers regarding ad placement and subscription orders
  • Point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback
  • Support for office communication

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed commercial training or professional experience in customer service
  • Enjoyment of customer contact and sales of our product range
  • Serviceoriented attitude, quick comprehension, and problemsolving skills
  • Ideally, practical experience in sales and working with booking systems but career changers (m/f/d) are also welcome
  • Good PC skills, especially in Word and Excel
