Job Description The Challenge

• As an active member of our team, you will support us in the administration and technical support of our store network
• With the preparation, evaluation, and analysis of our data, you will assist us in analyzing hardware defects and stabilizing the store network
• You will independently manage the operational, commercial, and technical reporting
• You will prepare and follow up on our process and knowledge management
• You will create informative and appealing presentations for our team and management
• As part of your duties, you will support us in operational invoice verification and process optimization in this area

A convincing background

• Ongoing studies in business, technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable field
• You are able to understand complex issues, analyze them, and draw the right conclusions
• As a fully integrated member of our team, you convince us with your strong initiative and independent way of working
• You have excellent teamwork skills and are able to quickly integrate into an existing team
• You are very familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You have very good German skills, good English
