Challenges for Participants:

Do you enjoy driving and have a passion for delighting customers with your personality and dedication? Then an apprenticeship as a service driver may be just the right fit for you. This role involves professional drivers providing additional services to customers and maintaining direct contact with them.
At Mewa, these services include the rental of work textiles (workwear, cleaning cloths, oil absorbent mats, etc.), which we or you will pick up for cleaning after use and return hygienically clean.
For this, you will first get to know our company and production processes, including all products and services.
Afterwards, we will familiarize you with your daily tasks as a service driver: you will accompany experienced colleagues on their routes and gain insights into route planning and customer care on site.
This also includes tasks such as loading and unloading the vehicle, securing the load, and using IT and communication systems.
Of course, you will also be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the proper condition of your service vehicle, as well as following all driving and traffic regulations during your routes.
In addition, you will attend vocational school in Gera.
