Job DescriptionMinimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required.

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in providing exceptional speech and language services to students from PreK to 12th grade. As an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and students to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to support students' communication needs in the classroom.
Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of IEP goals.
Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about students' progress and strategies for supporting speech and language development at home.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification is preferred.
Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is a plus.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of students and their families.
