- Oversee day-to-day operations within our hospitality establishments, including administrative tasks, staffing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract customers and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize operational efficiency and profitability.
- Lead and mentor staff to ensure high levels of performance, morale, and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in hospitality management, with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Base salary: $30,000 per year (before taxes)
- Additional commission: Up to $12,000 per year, based on performance
- Paid Time Off (PTO): 4 days available for use during the winter season

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospitality Manager to join our team. The Hospitality Manager will play a key role in overseeing the operations of our hospitality brands, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery, and driving revenue growth.
