    Our client is seeking a Level 1 NOC Technician to join their NOC team In this role, you will provide support throught the day via tickets. The top ticket requests include:
  • Network alert troubleshooting
  • Security alert troubleshooting
  • Phishing emails
  • General troubleshooting
  • Admin changes with security groups or file structure groups, and teams groups within Active Directory
    • Top Skills Required:
  • Desktop Support Experience
  • Ticketing, Triage and troubleshooting experience (command line work)
  • Office 365 administration, Active Directory, and experience getting onto a server
  • Understand basic networking jargon
    • Nice to haves:

    Network Monitoring (PRTG or Solarwinds)

    Connectwise ticketing- PSA/Manage and Automate

    Previous MSP experience
