SUMMARY OF POSITION

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Respond to client inquiries concerning software operation and troubleshoot system software and operator complications.
Generate reports from single or multiple systems.
Evaluate changes and updates to source production systems.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or a related field.
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS, Crystal Reports
Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge with high attention to detail
Ability to carry out assigned tasks independently with little supervision.
Must have excellent telephone customer service skills.
Strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
Viewpoint Vista experience is a plus.
