The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.


Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Work with Talent Acquisition team on optimizing applicant tracking system and existing search tools.
  • Seek innovation and best practice in recruitment, hiring and onboarding and incorporate into the organization's hiring efforts.
  • Special Projects at the direction of a member of the recruitment team or management as assigned.
  • Travel to various local sites and career events as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Communication or related field required.

Experience

  • 1 year of recruiting experience working for a search firm or in house Talent Acquisition Team; or related experience within a college internship required.
  • Experience working with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems (ATS) strongly preferred.
