ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR (PART-TIME)
Seeking a part-time Administrative Coordinator to help support our multi-disciplinary clinical team in providing academic assessments and ongoing care of children and young adults with learning challenges.
Duties include:
- General office/administrative tasks, including document management (significant scanning and filing of important data), support for managers,reception duties, responding to incoming phone calls and correspondence
- Orienting and educating patients and families about clinical procedures and policies
- Coordinating intake of new patients, daily schedule, case management for current patients
- Payment processing
- Customer service
- Respecting patients by recognizing their rights; maintaining confidentiality
- Maintaining quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
- Editing written documents and communications
- Contributing to team effort
- Assist in office relocation (packing/unpacking)
Preferred fields/backgrounds:
education, psychology, business administration, healthcare, therapy, or related.
Necessary skills/qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication; good time management and organizational skills; strong computer skills, excellent people skills; highly reliable.
College degree or equivalent experience is required.Schedule:
This is a part-time, temporary position: 8am to 5pm three days/week. Opportunity for more hours and ongoing employment possible.
Compensation:
$18.00/hour
