Position Title: Production Operations Manager
Schedule(s)/Hours Mon. - Fri. ( 8:00 am- 5:00 pm)
Location: Wilmington, MA
The Production Operations Manager will be responsible for the smooth execution of production and quality output that meets customer requirements. Must have knowledge of production procedures and leadership experience in print industry.
Responsibilities Include:
· Plan, organize, and oversee daily activities related to manufacturing production operations.
· Provide leadership, direction, training, performance management, and growth opportunities for direct reports.
· Measure productivity by analyzing performance data, financial data, and activity reports.
· Monitor production to resolve issues.
· Ensure SOP's and quality standards are followed.
· Lead and sustain continuous improvement efforts and objectives.
· Enforce safety precautions.
Qualifications Include:
· Proven experience and deep knowledge of manufacturing production operations, print industry experience is beneficial
· Ability to interpret data as needed to manage production goals.
· Effective time management to meet deadlines.
· Good communication and collaboration skills..
· Provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
· MS Office proficient.
Education and Experience
· Minimum Associate's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or related field experience.
· Minimum 5+ years' experience in a leadership role; in the printing industry.
· Experience with Lean Manufacturing preferred.
Benefits: This position offers the following; a competitive Pay Rate, Medical, Dental and Vision Benefits, 401K, ST/LT Disability Insurance, Retirement Plan, Paid Time off. and paid holidays.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $100,000- $125,000 per year and is commensurate with experience.
