Responsibilities
- Build positive relationships with our team, clients and external business partners.
- Oversee day to day account management of assigned client accounts.
- Deliver certificates of insurance in a timely and efficient fashion
- Maintain and update files in our account management system and troubleshoot billing or payment issues.
- Correspond and maintain contact with advisors regarding new and renewal business.
Requirements:
- Property & Casualty licensed required
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship building abilities
- Confident, selfstarter who works well independently
- Proficiency to multitask, followthru and followup.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proven experience in an insurance commercial service role
- Willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable
