As a Customer Support Representative, you will:

  • Work in 2nd level support, providing technical assistance to our customers via phone and the ticketing system (BMC Remedy).
  • Act as a liaison between the service desk, customer departments, and your team members.
  • Create and review operational documentation.
  • Generate reports upon request from customer departments.
  • Verify information in the supported applications.

What you bring to the table:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or a technical degree, such as business informatics.
  • Relevant experience in customer support and proficiency in tools such as SQL-Developer, PL/SQL-Developer, and shell scripting.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle stress.
  • Customeroriented mindset and willingness to work during nonstandard hours.
  • Willingness to undergo a security check according to German law.
  • Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills, both written and spoken.
