Are you interested in playing a crucial role in the digitalization of government agencies in Germany? Join the #TeamMaterna as a Customer Support RepresentativeAs a Customer Support Representative, you will:
- Work in 2nd level support, providing technical assistance to our customers via phone and the ticketing system (BMC Remedy).
- Act as a liaison between the service desk, customer departments, and your team members.
- Create and review operational documentation.
- Generate reports upon request from customer departments.
- Verify information in the supported applications.
What you bring to the table:
- Completed training as an IT specialist or a technical degree, such as business informatics.
- Relevant experience in customer support and proficiency in tools such as SQL-Developer, PL/SQL-Developer, and shell scripting.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle stress.
- Customeroriented mindset and willingness to work during nonstandard hours.
- Willingness to undergo a security check according to German law.
- Excellent German (C1) and good English (B2) language skills, both written and spoken.
