Overview:

We are seeking a skilled General Foreman to join our team. The General Foreman will oversee and coordinate construction projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and within budget.


Duties:

• Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
• Read plans and schedules
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors and laborers
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards
• Utilize software such as HeavyBid and Primavera for project management
• Handle construction estimating, budgeting, and scheduling
• Interpret schematics and blueprints for project execution
• Build and manage project teams effectively

Skills:

• Experience in residential construction projects
• Proficiency in OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Familiarity with Procore or Buildertrend software for bidding and project management
• Strong budgeting skills to manage project finances effectively
• Ability to interpret construction schematics accurately
• Proven experience in supervising construction crews
• A proficcency in basic plumbing, framing, concrete, masonry, electrical
• Expertise in construction estimating and cost control
• Capacity to build and manage successful construction projects

Pay:
$ $43.05 per hour
