Job Summary:
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest checkins and checkouts efficiently
- Answer phone calls and provide accurate information to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Process reservations and cancellations following hotel procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Errands as needed
- Provides valet and car parking services
- Housekeeping when needed
- Ensures each property and rooms are tended to before guest arrival
- Coordinates room status updates with the housekeeping department including: checkouts, late checkouts, early checkins, and special requests
- Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the property common areas
- Knows all safety and emergency procedures including accident prevention policies
- Ensures entryways and sidewalks are clear of ice and snow at all times
Experience:
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred
- Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus
- Knowledge of guest services, phone etiquette, and phone systems
- Strong hospitality background with a focus on hotel or hospitality management
Pay:
$ $22.73 per hour
