- Develops, implements, and customizes websites, templates, components, and modules to meet project requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborates with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to translate visual designs and user interface concepts into responsive, interactive web experiences.
- Implements front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks (e.g., Angular, React) to enhance user interaction and functionality.
- Optimizes websites for performance, scalability, and search engine visibility, following best practices and industry standards.
- Integrates third-party systems, APIs, and services with Sitecore CMS to enable seamless data exchange and functionality.
- Provides technical expertise and support to resolve issues, troubleshoot bugs, and optimize website functionality.
- Stays up to date with platform updates, new features, and emerging trends in web development, UX/UI design, and digital marketing.
- Ensures code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards by conducting code reviews and implementing automated testing practices.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, web development, or a related field.
- Experience with the Sitecore architecture, configuration, customization, and development best practices desired.
- Experience and proficiency with .NET, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript required.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in the healthcare industry or healthcare marketing is a plus.
- Sitecore development certification a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze requirements and develop innovative solutions.
