Description
Provides administrative support to the Wealth Management Group, as well as Executive support, when needed. Prepares various transactions via the Trust and Investment Accounting Systems. Supports Relationship Manager with Trust Administration duties, client outreach and trust onboarding/termination.

  • Performs a variety of administrative duties to support the division; Performs administrative tasks for supervisor and others, as assigned; Serves as backup for various desks and/or responsibilities within the department, as assigned.
  • Assists in meeting preparation and facilitating client and prospect outreach.
  • Compiles Capital Region Quarterly Referral Tracking within branch network.
  • Responsible for transferring various pieces of correspondence and documentation to electronic format; compiles and/or processes reports, records, etc.
  • Responsible for deceased notifications and maintenance.
  • Prepares routine correspondence including letters and memos; Responsible for confidential and timesensitive material.
  • Provides client support for the Investment and Trust & Estate Administration functions; Processes numerous and varied account related transactions accurately and efficiently such as manual sweeps, transfers, wires and check requests.
  • Handles client bill payments; bill ticklers, remittance setup, research and processing.
  • Produces client presentations incorporating performance reports and oversees production of request for proposals.
  • Administers various account related transactions (cash & securities gifting and receipt, charitable donations, educational grants, etc.); maintains an awareness of policies and procedures regarding such transactions.
  • Conforms to General Performance Expectation as identified for all employees.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Associate degree in business related field of study preferred, Minimum of 2 years' experience in related position required
  • Proficient interpersonal skills in dealing with clients and all levels of management
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; proficient spelling, grammar and composition skills
  • Close attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
Salary Range $18.19 to $28.36 Hourly
