Unlimited, Full-time position in Beacon Hill, WA
We are currently seeking a
"Technical Manager (m/f/d)" for our subsidiary,
ISS Automotive Services GmbH.


Your responsibilities

  • Technical maintenance of properties and management of contractually agreed services
  • Management of operational staff in the technical building management team
  • Monitoring and compliance with technical regulations and laws, while ensuring occupational safety, accident prevention, and fire protection regulations
  • Budget management and adherence to all deadlines as per the service description
  • Central point of contact/representative for users in the properties
  • Preparation and execution of tenders, bid comparisons, etc.

Your profile

  • Technical degree or master's degree in electrical engineering, building technology, heating, refrigeration/air conditioning, ventilation, and sanitation technology
  • Extensive knowledge in the areas of technical building management and maintenance planning
  • Constructive conflict management skills, structured and processoriented thinking and acting, cooperative communication style
  • Authorization for electrical work and VEFK certification desirable
  • Knowledge and experience in contract law
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
