We are currently seeking a *Commercial Clerk (m/f/d) for Customer Service* to join our team at our Frankfurt/Rodgau location as soon as possible.

*Your future responsibilities*:

Independently handling shipment inquiries, discrepancies, delivery obstacles, and complaint requests
Managing and maintaining depot databases
Creating and reviewing invoices
Assisting with dispatch tasks and taking responsibility for order processing
