As a member of our team, you will:

  • Work on the processing and management of repair and spare parts orders
  • Be responsible for identifying the causes of deviations from requirements
  • Analyze and review coordination with project management
  • Act as the central point of contact for external and internal customers for process-compliant repair processing at the factory and at other locations
  • Assist in the creation of cost estimates and parts of overall offers
  • Manage the provision of materials (federal-owned warehouse, customer warehouses, company warehouses) for repairs
  • Create customer-specific inspection and acceptance certificates, including approval
  • Coordinate delivery to the customer
  • Prepare shipping documents
  • Provide regular reporting

    • Be our forward thinker and bring the following qualifications:

  • Technical degree or certification in mechanical engineering, electronics, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP IMT/PLM/DSP/PP a
  • Fluency in German and English
